We know that most folks do not want to hear attorneys talk about themselves. So we will get to the point quickly and keep the description of our firm and practice brief.
Formed in 1987, Schafer & Rooke LLC is a business law firm whose practice emphasizes commercial and business transactions. We take our work and our clients' business seriously and professionally. The principal members of the firm are C. Bene Schafer and Eugene Owen Rooke, each of whom has practiced law for more than 35 years. In our work, we have represented and advised US and foreign clients about their activities in the United States and other areas such as Europe, Mexico, South America, Asia and Africa.
We have long term relationships with many of our clients and often act as their general counsels. Our practice includes strategic planning and traditional legal work such as forming companies and negotiating and preparing contracts for distributor and licensing arrangements, joint ventures, partnerships, acquisitions and sales, natural resources, agriculture, ranching and various other business matters. To better assist our clients, we have established personal relationships with law firms, accounting firms and others to provide specialty and local assistance and to obtain information that otherwise may not be readily available.
